Carl A. Bartol, MPA, Esq., was a 25-year juvenile prosecutor in Westchester County, New York, the majority of that time in Yonkers, the 3rd largest city in NYS, which borders the Bronx. He has handled thousands of cases throughout his career, was the former founder of the Prevent Delinquency Project and now volunteers with the Your Child Safe Collective.
