All Teen Self Care

Teens and young adults today are stressed, anxious, depressed, and lonely–and they don’t have the coping mechanisms to deal with those feelings. There are a multitude of reasons our teens are feeling overwhelmed, including social media, academic pressures, worries about the future (climate change, economy, political unrest) and the demands of being overscheduled, in addition to the normal stressors of being a teen (think peer pressure, romances and acne.)

While we can’t take away all the problems for our kids, we can teach them how to care for themselves and deal with the many stressors they face each day.
