Books for middle schoolers can be such a great way for tweens and young teens to see that they aren't alone in feeling all the crazy ways they feel during this difficult time in life. There are so many great Young Adult books and series for the middle school years. Whether they've always been a book worm or maybe a reluctant reader, books for tweens and young teens can help them both emotionally and academically. Even consider putting on an audiobook for those drop-off and pick-up rides to school and you might find a book you both enjoy and can talk about together.
